Danfoss, Novo Nordisk, Lars Larsen Group, NNIT, NREP, Bain, Triton, Maersk, NKT, Goldman Sachs, Gro Capital, and Royal Unibrew are among the company names for deals we have worked on.Due to the increase in the number of transactions taking place in the market we are expanding our deal team in Copenhagen and Aarhus are looking to add Manager and Senior Managers to support the growth of our transaction services.Enable our clients to handle their transactions and growth agendaIn KPMG’s Due Diligence team, which is part of the wider KPMG Deal Advisory, you will have the opportunity to advise leading Danish and international companies/investors on strategic engagements and act as a trusted advisor in their decision-making processes.Within Due Diligence, you advise clients on a wide range of transaction-related services (e.g. vendor assistance, vendor due diligence, buy-side due diligence, Tech due diligence and integration support). This includes providing M&A support from pre-deal evaluation, buy and sell-side financial due diligence to deal completion assistance.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead the team in providing financial and business due diligence for buy and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
  • Create, design, and provide quality transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalised earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management’s budget, and debt considerations.
  • Advise on the purchase price calculation and optimisation of asset and share purchases and other advisory around settling M&A transactions.
  • Assist in business development activities, such as new proposals, client pursuits and sector research and assist us in building further on our growth momentum.

About you, our newest team memberThe profile we are looking for has solid experience with financial due diligence. Moreover, you should have relevant work experience that may include, but is not limited to audit and controlling backgrounds or asset management services from investment firms and experience within M&A or transaction services. We expect a proven track-record of at least four years relevant full-time work experience and relevant deal experience or experience supervising project teams would be expected.As a person you thrive in a co-operative and collaborative team environment. We expect you to be open-minded, creative and flexible. You should have great investigative and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire for continuous learning and success. Moreover, you are comfortable working in a time-sensitive setting, and with new people in teams that change from one project to the next.
