The JMO Recruitment and Transactions Officer will be responsible for providing high quality and consistent advice and processing in relation to the recruitment, selection, onboarding, contract management and personnel administration of Junior Medical Officers and other non-specialist medical staff within NBMLHD. JMO recruitment involves an annual bulk recruitment campaign, ad hoc advertising and appointments, and supporting the employee experience from initial application through to onboarding and orientation, rotations and ongoing compliance.The team is committed to delivering a high quality, customer focused service that supports the Organisation in the delivery of its vision, which is to provide safe, equitable, high quality, accessible, timely and efficient services that are responsive to the needs of patients and the community.   • Demonstrated ability to develop positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated excellent time management, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently while actively contributing to the outcomes of a team.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Outlook and Excel), Human Resources Information Systems and electronic recruitment systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply written policies, procedures and Awards.
