How will I help?

  • Design, Implement, and maintain micro service (API) using Spring-Boot, JAVA, Struts etc.
  • Write clean, modular, maintainable code using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  • Understanding of end-to-end application performance and optimization techniques and tools.
  • Implement responsive designs with reusable and scalable UI components.
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills.

What will I be responsible for?As a hands on Java Back end Engineer, you’ll use your skills in building, designing, maintaining, and testing, for the development of our technology used by the Digital Consumer Finance technology team.   • At least 4 years of professional experience.
  • Financial services/Banking experience.
  • Excellent analysis and design skills with technical problem-solving.
  • Spring Boot and Restful API in Java, J2EE, Struts
  • CI/CD tools ie Bit, bitbucket, Jenkins or bamboo.
  • Restful API design principles and standards.
  • API security and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).

Preferred:

  • Passion for automation.
  • Degree or equivalent in science, computer science, maths.
  • Kafka.
  • Splunk/App Dynamics.
  • Cards and Digital Payments experience.
  • Innovative and keep up with emerging technologies.
  • Knowledge on React JS, Redux, Node JS, HTML5, CSS3 & Java Script.
