• Your New Salary: £37,000 – 45,000 per annum
• Permanent, Full time
• Hybrid working: 2 days working in the office
• Start: ASAP
• Working hours: 9-5

Analyst (Energy related policies) – What You’ll be Doing:

• Understand the needs of the Energy Transformation business in policies and markets across Europe including the UK.
• Track news and information from various data sources.
• Research, gather, analyse and interpret data and information.
• Summarise and share analysed data and information into reports/presentation materials identifying any trends, patterns or insights.
• Perform any statistical analysis to support the decision making process.
• Staying up to date with industry trends within the European Energy market.
• Collaborate with other research teams internally and externally as well as government bodies.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to address ad hoc information needs and strategic questions including communication with Tokyo HQ.
• Create periodic intelligence bulletins or newsletters tailored to Energy Transformation business evolving needs.

Analyst (Energy related policies) – The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Previous work experience in analysis areas for research institutes, governmental bodies or investments, financial institutions.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written in English and Japanese.
• Research, data collection and analysis.
• Report writing.
• Presentation skills.
• An interest in energy transition and to expand sustainability management.
