• You monitor and manage the procurement of IT licenses to ensure compliance with organizational need and licensing agreements
• You develop and implement strategies of effective license procurement and cost optimization
• You collaborate with our internal stakeholders to assess IT procurement needs and address any issues or concerns
• You drive continous improvement initatives to enhance the procurement and mangement of our licenses
• You negotiate with vendors to secure favorable contract terms and optimize license costs
• You monitor and report on overall IT procurement expenditures and identify oppurtunities for cost savings

Your Profile

• You have a degree in business economics or similar
• You have already gained 5 years of experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fast-pacing environment
• You have procurement experience with an operational background
• You are experienced in developing and implementing strategies for IT licenses
• You posses strong-analytival skills and ability to solve complex projects to evaluate vendor performance and indentify areas for improvement
• You keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT procurement and vendor management
• You have strong negotitatian skills and communicate fluently in written and spoken English (C1+) with vendors and internal stakeholders, other languages will be an advantage
