• Provide expertise in SAP Ariba solutions, including Guided Buying and workflows.
• Define project deliverables and handle escalations effectively.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Communicate project updates, gather stakeholder input, and support team alignment.
• Direct functional plans, integrate client needs, business goals, and financial objectives.
• Represent SAP at events, align project teams, and set clear milestones.

What you bring:

• Extensive project management and SAP Ariba implementation skills.
• Broad knowledge in corporate functions and strong functional skills on purchasing and procurement processes.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and partner with SAP functions.
• Experience in leading Change Management and coaching on system changes.
• Holistic view of the IT service portfolio and ability to address complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills to convey project messages and support team alignment.
• Fluent in English

Meet your team: Procurement IT consults and operates procurement applications, supporting SAP’s growth and is the first customers for most of the SAP innovations that are out in the market. The team consists of below function areas:

• Strategic Sourcing: Managing IT infrastructure for RFPs, contracts, and supplier management.
• Operational Procurement: Managing the technical set up for Catalog maintenance, spend control, and risk compliance.
• Accounts Payable: Enable Touchless invoicing, on-time payments, and savings through integration of S4HANA and various SAP Ariba products including Taulia.
• Procurement Innovation: Develops BTP apps, dashboards, and chatbots for user support and supports other team within the ocurement IT team.
