is located along the beautiful Bow River!Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure smooth operations during the transition
• Provide timely responses and resolutions to user issues in either Dynamics AX2012 or D365
• Contribute to testing and validation of ERP
• Support data migration efforts, including the validation and reconciliation of financial and operational data
• Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies
• Support data integrity efforts to ensure a clean migration to D365
• Maintains accurate documentation for common user issues and resolutions for both AX and D365 environments
• Assist in training end-users on new D365 workflows and reporting tools

Role Specifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in ERP support, preference within a Dynamics AX or similar ERP environment is required
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is required
• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is a strong asset
