Role Purpose:As a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analysis Lead, you will be responsible to manage different projects for our Offline plus Online solutions and instore systems with good quality.​A typical day in this Role:

• Lead conversion of concept or requirement to actionable tasks by multiple teams and derive comprehensive project plans
• Support teammates to effectively perform impact analysis and ensure complete scope coverage on Design, Development and Operation of the changes
• Work effectively with stakeholders, developers and end users for target, progress and achievements to foster ownership and responsibility
• Design on monitoring mechanics to ensure system solutions be sustainable and effective with support of robust maintenance plan and service protocol
