Then, Apply Now!Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an IT Project Manager – Capital Markets & Legal Operations to oversee a large-scale initiative that involves collaboration with Legal, Tax, and Technology teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the program roadmap, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met, and supporting business analysis as needed.Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for project execution, monitoring progress and performance.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate project issues to minimize delays and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate efforts between in-house counsel, external counsel, business teams, and technology stakeholders for data identification, collection, preservation, and production.
• Collaborate with Senior Record Officers to update custodian lists, data files, and relevant information.
• Work with Corporate Security and external vendors to ensure the preservation of electronic and hard copy records.
• Engage with representatives from Technology, Operations, and Finance to understand system data flows and facilitate appropriate data preservation.
• Schedule meetings, document key action items, and provide weekly project updates.
• Regularly communicate project progress to senior management, including SVPs and EVPs of various lines of business.
• Manage project budgets, maintain documentation in SharePoint, and assist in audit-related reporting.
• Support additional project tasks and business analysis as required.

Desired Skill-Set:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years as a Project Manager leading initiatives from initiation to delivery
• Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and presentation materials, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently prepare and present to high-level executives, adapting communication style based on the target audience and setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enterprise project software, and portfolio management tools
• Experience managing process and system changes within large financial environments, with a solid understanding of Capital Markets business, products, and the trade lifecycle
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and comfort working with both existing and new technologies

Nice to Have:

• Legal operations or litigation experience
• Knowledge of applicable industry regulations
• Experience dealing with external stakeholders, especially external counsel
