Job description: Job Title: IT Project Manager Location: KL, Malaysia Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery. Monitor and track project delivery progress and timeline adherence. Actively manage project issues and risks, driving timely resolution and mitigation. Control and report on project budget and expenses. Oversee the entire testing lifecycle. Defect management and resolution Prepare and present test dashboard reports, lead defect review meetings with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT teams. Collaborate closely with off-site development teams and vendors to ensure timely project deliverables. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless communication across teams. Ensure compliance with compliance and risk and maintain all required project documentation. Technical & Functional Skills Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Proven domain knowledge of Banking IT systems and testing best practices. Excellent skills in stakeholder management, issue resolution, and progress reporting. Comfortable managing vendor relationships and working within a matrixed organization. Competencies & Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of proven experience in Project Management within IT. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Banking IT Projects . Completed at least 2 full project lifecycles

Expected salary: 11500 – 12000 per month
