Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.YOUR CHALLENGEThe ongoing project is to deliver/enhance BJBs strategic tool for financial instrument master data and instrument pricesPlanning and execution of PI Planning and various agile ceremoniesproper requirement managementAssist in external Provider and Vendor ManagementResponsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costsEnsuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizationsYOUR PROFILE

• Experience in managing projects with respective CTB Budgets

1mCHF in classic methodology * Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers

• Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
• Able to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance
• Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Sound skills in Jira and Confluence
• Project management certification or corresponding qualification / experience
• Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
• Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
• Fluent English and good German language skills
