They are currently seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager with a robust infrastructure background to lead large-scale IT infrastructure programmes for the business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise in areas such as IT infrastructure, cloud, and security, coupled with proven programme management skills, exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities, and strong resource management experience.about the job.

• Lead and deliver complex, large-scale infrastructure programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery within budget.
• Oversee end-to-end programme/project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, reporting.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure programme success.
• Produce documentation, including project proposals, business cases, status reports, and post-implementation reviews, to support decision-making and governance.
• Manage diverse project teams, including subordinates, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of IT infrastructure solutions across multiple domains, ensuring integration and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, to drive programme alignment and consensus.
• Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring suborfinates, project teams or vendets and promoting best practices in programme delivery.

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of successfully managing group-level IT infrastructure programs, resources, and change management with a budget of over US$10M is preferable.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in IT, with a well-rounded knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud technologies, data centers, networks, IaaS/SaaS, servers, storage, firewalls, backup solutions, and IAM solutions, etc.
• Experience managing and motivating diverse project teams, including direct reports, engineering teams, and 3rd party vendors.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering muliple complex projects
• Proficient in both Chinese and English speaking, and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit is a must
• Strong business sense and ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, effectively translating technical ideas into simple language in a multicultural environement.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or PMP) with relevant certification would be advantageous.
