• Procure and manage reporting of technology devices, including laptops, peripherals.
• Maintain accurate records of technology assets, including serial numbers, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
• Process and manage technology requisitions through ePro
• Track CapEx and OpEx, maintaining detailed records of IT Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Ensure accurate, compliant invoicing and timely vendor payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of technology-related initiatives.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure PMO leads to facilitate project and operational purchasing. Including Data Center and Infrastructure refresh project support.
• Coordinate with Finance teams for buying policies and spend management, invoicing management, updating process documentation, and managing vendor coordination and support requests.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years related experience.
• Experience with Fulfillment/Order processing tools.
• Proficient experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Personable, team player able to quickly settle into the role.
• Candidate must have good verbal and written communications skills as well as good customer service skills.
• Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities and possess good analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, self-starter with ambition driven through performance and results.
• Ability to work under pressure and able to deliver to tight deadlines.
