Job description: Job Title: Officer, Business Analyst, IT PMOClient: Hospitality domainJob duties:· Assist Project Manager and team ensuring the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.· Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems.· Define and document procedures in accordance with agreed Project Management methodology· Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project team and business.· Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Program or Project Manager.Requirement:· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related Business degree.· 2-3 years’ experience in managing small to mid-scale IT projects.· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and be able to interact with people at all levels.· Sound analytical skills and organizational skills· Proficient in both written and spoken English.· Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure· Knowledge on Project Management Methodology such as PMBOK, PRINCE 2I and PMP is a plus· A team playerAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
