💼 Role: IT Business Requirement AnalystSummary:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
– Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
– Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
– Research, gather, and synthesize information.
– Identify customer requirements.
– Define the future state and/or business solution.Professional & Technical Skills:
– Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Functional Test Planning
– Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis
– Strong understanding of business process architecture
– Experience in assessing business models and technology integration
– Ability to design processes and systemsAdditional Information:
– The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
