You’ll drive strategic outcomes, reduce costs, and support smarter technology decisions across the business.What you will do:

  • Deliver and improve policies, standards, and controls for IT Asset Management and End of Support
  • Maintain and evolve our ITAM strategy to reduce compliance risks and uncover cost savings
  • Lead the implementation of tools and processes to support licensing and vendor negotiations
  • Act as the go-to expert for IT asset queries within our Service Management Practice
  • Partner with IT Procurement to ensure licensing, support, and maintenance entitlements are accurate and compliant
  • Drive audit readiness and help reduce or avoid unnecessary support and software costs
  • Support the Cloud FinOps Lead with cloud financial operations activities, helping optimise cloud spend and improve visibility of cloud asset usage

What success looks like:

  • IT Asset Management policies and tools are embedded and understood across the organisation
  • Accurate software license and end-of-support positions for all technology
  • Full compliance with IT Asset Management and End of Support policies and controls

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in an IT Asset Management or IT Software Audit role
  • Strong licensing and vendor management skills (desktop, server, and mid-range experience preferred)
  • A strategic mindset with excellent analytical and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for continuous improvement and simplifying the complex
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving change
