If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title ISO Sales ManagerWhat does a successful Partner Manager-Reseller do at Fiserv?The successful Reseller Partner Manager involves building and nurturing relationships with resellers / ISO partners, optimising performance, and ensuring that partners have the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote and sell our small business operating systems.What you will do:Broker Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key reseller firms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on products and services.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the broker network and devise plans to exploit these opportunities.

Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:

  • Analyse reseller performance metrics and track sales results against targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing reseller performance and overall channel effectiveness.

Training and Development:

  • Work with training lead to develop impactful training programs to enhance resellers’ knowledge of our mortgage products and sales techniques.
  • Ensure resellers have access to up-to-date marketing collateral and resources to support their sales efforts and merchant support

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Ability to manage expectations with bank whilst also being the advocate for the needs bank into the product, risk and operations organisations within Fiserv
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials tailored for the broker audience.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the reseller space.
  • Utilise data and insights to inform strategy and enhance reseller engagement.

What you will need to have:

  • Experience in reseller / broker channel management – B2B SaaS, Banking, Merchant Acquiring, experience selling to small businesses desirable
  • Experience in relationship management of strategic partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5years + of experience in relationship management, with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
