Job description: ISC Invoicing | Philippines | PH2155906BE PART OF OUR GROWING TEAMYOUR ROLETo support the financial reporting, management analysis and controlling function across the cluster. To support Team Lead. To drive billing excellence and commercial issue resolutionYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure on time and accurate billing.
• Chase on invoice approval and take corrective actions through EDI Troubleshooting.
• Statement of account management.
• Analyze, design, develop and implement simple to complex billing solutions
• To support senior team members in handling daily accounting operation and month-end closing.
• Provide assistance in resolving simple to complex commercial issues
• Coordinate with overseas offices for billing-related matters.
• Communicate with other departments and external parties about complex accounting issues.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Professional education or degree in Accounting
• Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
• Good communication skills
• Experience in Finance and/or Marine Logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Finance system knowledge
• Attention to details and good numerical sense
• Team player
