For you right from the start.Networks & Services International (NWI) develops, plans, builds and operates the international network infrastructure of the Deutsche Telekom Group and produces Internet carriers and wholesale services for Telekom Global Carriers.We are seeking a highly skilled IP engineer with experiences of large operator networks and telecommunications technologies to join our service provisioning team.What we have under our thumb

• Ensuring the entire service delivery process at national and international level and the best possible use and performance of the

system for the customer; managing the entire life cycle of a service. * Analyzing and optimizing the service performance for a complex customer service throughout the entire life cycle

• Defining and monitoring the service performance KPIs of complex technical systems (speed, capacity utilization, response time),

including the effects on customer experience * Good knowledge of IP networks

• Providing support in change processes through providing advice/training
• Managing complex projects
• Evaluating digitalization projects in quantitative/qualitative terms

Required knowledge and skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT or telecommunications industry
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing complex projects and service delivery processes
• Strong technical knowledge of IP networks and telecommunications technologies, along with the ability to define and monitor key

performance indicators (KPIs).Excellent team and project management skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize business processes * Strong communication skills at all organizational levels are essential, and a basic understanding of German is beneficial toeffectively collaborate with the team based in Germany * Analytical skills are crucial for evaluating digitalization projects both quantitatively and qualitatively, as well as for analyzing andoptimizing service performance * The candidate should be flexible and adaptable, willing to learn new technologies, and capable of working in a dynamic andinternational environment * Experience in providing advice and training to support change processes is required

• The candidate should also be prepared for occasional business travel, approximately once or twice a year
• Required language skills: fluent in English and a basic understanding of German
