Job description: About the role We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for 3 months. As an Invoicing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices for our organisation. This is a project-based role, located in Quezon City, Metro Manila. What you’ll be doing Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of incoming invoices to ensure they comply with company policies and procedures Inputting invoice data into our accounting system and processing payments in a timely manner Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies or queries Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all invoicing activities Providing regular updates and reporting on the status of invoices and payments Assisting with month-end and year-end invoicing processes as needed What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related course Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills 6 months – 1 year in Invoicing or related experience Fresh graduates are welcome to apply What we offer At REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC.’, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits to support your professional and personal development.
