Job description: About the PositionThe position will be responsible for:Supervising a small team to issue invoices and making sure that the hard copy of invoices and reports are being delivered to the clients in a timely mannerLiaising with client and ensuring that clients’ requirements are being met and exceeded as far as possibleAnswering clients’ enquiries professionally, either over the phone or by emailWorking closely with the other departments to ensure that the laboratory tests and invoicing system (the System) is functioning properly and efficientlyMaking use of the Power BI and other reporting mechanisms to monitor the progress of the issue of invoices with the aim to meet the monthly budget targetFollowing up the enhancement of the System and provide training to the invoicing team member for the new development of the SystemDownloading sales data from the System to prepare reports to management and breakdowns to clientsAssist in month end closingAssist in annual external auditPerforming ad hoc job as required by Section ManagerAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will have:Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent computer skill with knowledge of Excel, Word;Proficient English/Chinese verbal and written communication skills;Self-motivated, well organized, detailed mind, able to work independently and multi-tasking.Required Qualifications:LCCI Higher/ Higher Diploma or above in Accounts or related subjects;Minimum 5-years accounting experienceBenefits:12 days Annual Leave and 12 days Full Paid Sick Leave per annumHigh overtime pay rateMonday to Friday + 1 Saturday morning (every 3 weeks)Guarantee Year-end double payMedical insurance benefitAnniversary leave, marriage leave and bereavement leaveLong term career developmentOn-job trainingFriendly working environmentPlease specify job reference number on your application letter.
