  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 3-5 years’ experience in invoicing operations preferred
  • Experience in e-Invoicing will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate (Word & Excel)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive, and able to work independently
  • English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written) – Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Able to work at Taman Putra Perdana, Puchong

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist Invoicing Manager for overall Invoicing team operations
  • Issue and verify invoices for customers
  • Guide and supervise invoicing staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries, especially under Invoicing Department
  • Coordinate internal meetings and convey management instructions to the team
  • Monitor bulk orders and ensure timely stock delivery
  • Check and record GRN/CN with correct information
  • Support daily problem-solving and smooth operations
  • Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers
