• Month-End & Reporting: Assist with reconciliations and provide key logistics billing performance reports.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer invoicing issues related to logistics services.
• Logistics Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Generate accurate invoices, manage collections, and resolve billing disputes with logistics partners.
• Freight Billing Analysis & Documentation: Analyse billing data, ensure accuracy, and manage essential logistics documentation.

The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate:

• Proven experience in an invoicing or accounts role, ideally within the logistics or transport industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and terminology
• Excellent ability to multitask, prioritise, and build positive relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management TMS Logistics (is ideal)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expected salary: $60000 – 65000 per year
