You can visit our Hybrid Working Policy for more information ( )We’re looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Matching Manager to oversee our Supplier Invoice Matching service. In this position, you’ll ensure that all supplier invoices are meticulously validated and verified, enabling accurate and timely processing. Your efforts will help Co-op meet its regulatory and contractual payment obligations efficiently while upholding essential financial controls.Leading a team of 7x Invoice Matching Members, you’ll also be leading initiatives to improve processing efficiency, enhance first-time flow rates, and reduce costs, all while maintaining key creditor balance sheet controls. You’ll also manage the financial control balance sheets for GRNI (Goods Receipt Not Invoiced) and play a critical role in identifying risks and opportunities within the invoice matching process, ensuring we adhere to best practices and the required regulatory framework.Join us in driving excellence and efficiency in our financial operations, and be part of a team committed to achieving outstanding results for Co-op.What you’ll do
