Komm zu zooplus und werde unser nächster Invoice Inspector / Rechnungsprüfer (all genders).Die Aufaben:

• Rechnungsprüfung und detaillierte Kontrolle aller eingehender Waren- und Transportkostenrechnungen aus dem In- und Ausland auf sachliche, steuerrechtliche und rechnerische Richtigkeit.
• Reklamationsbearbeitung und Klärung von Differenzen der gelieferten Waren im Austausch mit Ansprechpartnern deutsch- und englischsprachiger Lieferanten und Logistikpartner.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Buchhaltung, Einkauf, Beschaffung, und Logistik.
• Unterstützung im Rahmen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung im Handel, vorzugsweise im Onlinesegment oder im Versandhandel.
• Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis.
• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse mit MS-Office; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind verpflichtend.
