This includes ensuring the efficient management of information systems, delivering high-quality IT services, and fostering technological advancements to improve overall departmental performance and public safety.This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.JOB DUTIES:

  • Invoice Master: Review, certify, and submit invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and tracking late or missing payments.
  • Vendor Communicator: Monitor telecom invoices, resolve billing issues, and communicate with vendors to obtain missing information and reconcile errors.
  • Shipment Handler: Receive and transport IT products, verify deliveries, and manage return shipments, keeping everyone informed on delivery status.
  • Inventory Guru: Maintain accurate IT hardware data, resolve inventory issues, and serve as the primary contact for the Property and Inventory Section.
  • Report Creator: Generate and analyze reports to assist management, providing recommendations and leading assignments with a positive, can-do attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience certifying invoices for payment.
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience receiving deliveries of information technology and/or any products.
  • Experience creating requisition in MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP).
