Job description: What you need to knowMatrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Financial Services Customer Services Representative for our client in the financial services sector based in Limerick (hybrid working available).Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to ensure that investor queries are handled in accordance with the company quality and service level standards across calls and emails for all clients.This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.The role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home.Hours may rotate as follows: 8am – 4pm.15pm (for 1 week), then 9am – 5.15pm (for 4 weeks) and then 9.45am – 6pm (for 1 week).Your new jobKey duties & responsibilities:

• Responding to investor queries via phone or email
• Ensure queries are answered in line with department procedures
• Act as a buddy/mentor to new team members when required
• Ensure your own tasks and responsibilities are completed within the correct time scales
• Attend and participate in team huddles and team meetings
• Participate in client visit meetings as required
• Fulfil additional, relevant, tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with client servicing skills
• Knowledge of Fund administration and the regulatory environment advantageous
• Ability to work to set deadlines
• Microsoft Office Skills i.e., Excel, Word.
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy
• Analytical skills are required to research and resolve enquiries
• Good communication skills
