Job description: INVESTMENT DUE DILIGENCE ANALYST – QUANTITATIVE FOCUSWe are seeking an Investment Data & Due Diligence Analyst to join our CNR Manager Research team. This role supports investment and operational due diligence across hedge funds, private markets, and traditional investments, while playing a key part in modernizing our data, reporting, and visualization capabilities.This is a role for someone with a passion for investments, data, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with research teams to automate reporting, enhance dashboards, and support manager analysis through data-driven insights. The right candidate will bring a strong foundation in data handling and visualization, and a working knowledge of scripting tools like Python, R, or similar to leverage automation.WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Collaborate with investment research teams to enhance manager selection and oversight through data-driven tools and reporting.
• Streamline reporting processes by automating recurring tasks and developing dashboards for both internal and client use.
• Manage and enhance data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to improve reporting efficiency and clarity.
• Support the maintenance and refinement of quantitative tools used in manager analysis, including performance attribution and risk analytics.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve data workflows, quality, and accessibility.
• Partner with technology and operations teams to standardize reporting and data processes.
• Contribute to research presentations and materials, ensuring data accuracy and impactful delivery.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Required Qualifications*

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in investment research, data analysis, risk, or operations within asset management, wealth management, or financial services.
• 3+ years of experience working with data sets, building dashboards, and using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, R, or similar for basic automation or data handling tasks.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience working with industry data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar, FactSet).
• Background supporting investment due diligence, risk reporting, or portfolio analysis.
• Exposure to data governance or data quality initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail, data quality, and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

CompensationStarting base salary: $92,114 – $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.*To be considered for this position you must meet at least these basic qualifications
