Job description: Investment Director / Associate DirectorResponsibilities
 Managing the investment portfolio and leading the day-to-day execution of the investment department
 Analysis of investment performance, building and maintaining financial models, and industry research
 Preparation and writing of investment memorandum
 Monitoring existing and future portfolio investments
 Periodic reporting of investment performance and KPIs
 Responsible for preparing quarterly, annual, and other periodical reports as appropriate
 Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Finance and Accounting, Operations, and other business departmentsRequirements
 A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or a related field
 MBA or an Advanced Degree in Accounting, Financial, Mathematical, or Quantitative Analysis or CFA is a plus
 10 years / above investment /fund management experience with Investment Bank / Asset Management / Investment Consulting / Real Estate / Family Office
 Excellent English communication, presentation, and writing skills.
 Ability to draft legal term sheets and contracts
 Excellent analytical skills, strong financial acumen, financial modeling, and valuation skills
