Our priority is to create value by developing innovations, implementing new technologies, and improving the quality of management.PPF’s thirty-year history, its present-day standing, and its vision tell the story of the drive, work ethic, and professionalism of the many people who work to fulfill the vision and courage of Petr Kellner, PPF’s founder.Our M&A team is looking for an Investment Analyst to help with our growing pipeline!ResponsibilitiesAnalyze investment targets; independently conduct valuation (multiples, DCF, LBO, historical transactions), company, market and competition analysisPerform ad hoc analyses to support the strategic decision making of PPF GroupCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders and advisorsSynthesize analytical conclusions into presentations for PPF Group leadershipIdeal candidate profileHas up to two years of relevant experience in Private equity / Investment banking / Corporate finance / ConsultingExceptional graduates are encouraged to apply as wellHas excellent analytical skills and attention to detailHas excellent communication skills, both towards internal and external stakeholdersDisplays strong financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, PowerPoint skillsTakes responsibility for own workstream with senior oversightIs proficient in English, both spoken and written.
