The firm’s approach is highly analytical and data-driven, leveraging deep industry knowledge and a disciplined investment process to identify opportunities with attractive risk-return profiles.Job DescriptionInvestment Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments on prospective private credit investments, including senior secured loans, mezzanine debt, distressed debt, and direct lending opportunities.Modeling & Valuation: Build and maintain complex financial models to assess creditworthiness, debt structures, and cash flow projections. Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate risk and return profiles of potential investments.Market Research: Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and relevant market dynamics that may impact investment opportunities and portfolio performance.Credit Risk Assessment: Analyze financial statements, credit ratings, and other relevant data to assess the credit risk associated with potential borrowers and investment targets.Investment Documentation: Assist in preparing investment memorandums and presentation materials for senior investment committees, detailing key findings, risks, and opportunities.Portfolio Monitoring: Support the ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies by tracking performance metrics, financial results, and credit conditions. Provide updates on portfolio health and risk exposures.Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with colleagues across different teams (including legal, operations, and compliance) to ensure smooth deal execution. Assist in the preparation of investor reports and presentations.Due Diligence Support: Support the due diligence process by coordinating with external advisors, including auditors, legal teams, and consultants. Conduct interviews with management teams and gather market intelligence.The Successful Applicant
- Prior exposure to private credit markets, debt structuring, or alternative investments.
- Knowledge of industry-specific dynamics across sectors such as technology, healthcare, or industrials.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
