Our mission is to license efficiently and regulate fairly, and we strive to meet this goal in our day-to-day operations.The Work You Will Do:This position is located within the Bureau of Compliance of the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes. This in-office position is a part of the investigative team, and is responsible for analyzing and investigating incoming complaints for alleged violations of Florida Statutes and Board Rules regulated by the Department.Your Specific Responsibilities:The incumbent in this position is responsible for investigating complaints against condominium, cooperative and timeshare associations.
