Job description: As an Investigations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting investigations related to people safety, profit protection, and loss prevention across Pandora’s global operations.Key Accountabilities:
- Vendor Optimization
- Analyze and optimise Pandora’s global security vendor portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for rationalisation to achieve cost savings while maintaining service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to standardise vendor management practices and deliver efficiencies without compromising quality.
- Investigations & Profit Protection
- Conduct thorough investigations into internal and external theft, fraud, and safety incidents.
- Support colleague safety investigations following robberies, burglaries, and other critical events.
- Perform stocktake analysis to identify patterns of loss and theft, ensuring actionable insights for profit protection.
- Provide clear, detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
KPI’s:
- Identify cost savings through vendor optimization without compromising service quality.
- Achieve a marked reduction in theft or loss incidents in the regions under investigation, based on stocktake analysis and implemented recommendations.
- Initiate at least two proactive security measures implemented based on trends identified from investigations.
Background:
- Extensive experience and proven track report in profit and asset protection or investigations within a corporate, law enforcement, or military environment.
- Loss Prevention Qualified (LP) or Certified Loss Prevention Professional (CLPP)
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) would place at a distinct advantage to support fraud investigations.
Personal Competencies:
- Extensive experience and proven track report in profit and asset protection or investigations within a corporate, law enforcement, or military environment.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas) and experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is a plus.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with a proven ability to identify trends and implement effective solutions.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and driving cost efficiencies without compromising service quality.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and regions. A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Ability to travel internationally to support retail, distribution, manufacturing and head offices if necessary.
