This includes conducting high-level investigations requiring group level attention as well as delegating cases to local investigators and conducting oversight of this. Our cases may concern fraud, bribery, harassment, conflict of interest and other types of crimes or violation of our policies. You will also help maintaining a database of cases and for FLS whistleblower hotline reporting tool. Finally, this position involves other aspects of compliance work, in particular due diligence of business partners and trade compliance. You will be part of a very dedicated team in Compliance.This is a rarely posted job in a company with major aspirations in the field of compliance, and a great opportunity if you like complex challenges in an international work environment.Key responsibilitiesConduct high-level investigations that require group-level attention.Assign cases to local investigators and oversee their work.Manage and maintain the internal investigations case database.Oversee FLS’s whistleblower hotline reporting and case management tool.Ensure compliance with the European Whistleblower Directive and other relevant regulations.Support broader compliance activities, including third party due diligence and compliance training.Your profileWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong investigative skills.Required qualifications:Master’s degree in law, social sciences, auditing, business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, audit, or a related field.Experience and knowledge of internal investigations.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.Preferred qualifications (a plus, but not required):Certification from ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) or a similar accreditation would be a plusExperience in corporate compliance programs or whistleblower case management.FLSmidth is the leading supplier of engineering, equipment and service solutions to customers in the mining and cement industries – for more information please visit
