Access theThe core capability requirements for this role are:

  • Maintain efficient stock management and control systems in support of project and maintenance services, including auditing, recording, spot checking and stocktaking.
  • Prepare purchase orders for goods and services and monitor receipt of goods/services/invoices through to completion.
  • Pack, consign and keep comprehensive consignment details of stores delivered throughout Queensland.
  • Manage, receive, and dispatch goods with the ability to track and maintain stock levels and inventory.
  • Assist to maintain storeroom/s and assist in ensuring storage practices and procedures comply with Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
  • Maintain equipment warranty and defect records and coordinate rectification action with suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Technology Coordinator as required.
  • Assist in the disposal of assets using formal procedures (asset management and disposal policy) and ensuring inventory lists are updated reflecting the ‘real-time’ location of each asset.

Role Requirements:Highly Desirable Skills

  • Aptitude for working with computer systems and programs – particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Methodical Approach to work
  • Ability to pay attention to details.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with ITSM tools
  • Experience working in a busy ICT environment
