Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 3,300+ associates, the company’s products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.Inventory SpecialistLeeds Hybrid – 3 days per week in the officeWhat you’ll do:The Inventory Specialist is a crucial member of the operations team and is responsible for efficiently managing stock levels, organizing storage spaces, and monitoring inventory movements within a company or organization. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth stock operations.Manage inventory levels, including tracking movement, reporting non-compliance, and conducting regular stock audits.Identify and manage slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stock, ensuring appropriate action and coding is applied.Oversee receiving and dispatch processes, ensuring deliveries match purchase orders and resolving receipt queries.Align inventory data between 3PL WMS, Oracle systems, and DOMO reports, ensuring KPIs are met.Act as the point of contact for quality issues, ensuring inventory holds are communicated and resolved efficiently.Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate stock movements and address inventory challenges.Generate clear, regular inventory reports to highlight levels, movement trends, and discrepancies.Identify and implement process improvements for greater inventory accuracy and efficiency.What You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics is a plus.Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or related fields.Proficiency in inventory management software, WMS, Oracle/SAP, and MS Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.#LI-HYBRIDOur CultureAt SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar-we push past it every single day.
