Job description: Hartley People are seeking an Inventory Replenishment Manager to join their client’s expanding organisation. This role is to ensure that all raw materials are available to support short term and long- term production planning via management of Supplier forecasting call off and strategic inventory replenishment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities:

• Manage Raw Materials Inventory (MRP) and BOM systems.
• Approve weekly MRP Call-off Checklist and develop monthly replenishment plan.
• Ensure POs are approved and signed off by the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with Planning and Sales teams to align purchasing with production and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate BOMs, manage stock takes, and report on inventory excess.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Third-level qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Proficient in PC skills and materials-related information systems.
• Ability to manage change and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective time management skills with an ability to work on own initiative
