With strong retail experience and a sharp eye for detail, you’ll lead the back-of-house operations, keep stock in check, and bring serious planning, time management, and organisational skills to the floor.Backed by a supportive Store Manager and a solid team, you’ll be set to hit the ground running and make stock magic happen!

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), you’ll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store’s profitability. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management experience.
• Solid understanding of inventory control.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• Skills in training and achieving results.
