🕒 Shifts:

• Mon–Fri 7 am to 3 pm, Fri 7 am to 2pm

Your Impact

• Supervise operations to meet safety, quality & productivity goals
• Lead daily shift meetings and ensure smooth handovers
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support cross-training
• Ensure accurate material handling, stock control, and documentation
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives

What You Bring

• 2–3 years’ experience in inventory or supply chain supervision
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Good PC & Excel skills; knowledge of inventory systems
• Eligible to work in Ireland; fluent in English
• Jabil experience (internal applicants only)

Nice to Have

• Experience in electronics manufacturing
• Background in lean/process improvement
