• Assist pharmacy team in drug procurement and inventory-related operations and other assigned duties
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock-take at designated pharmacy locations
• Maintain product, inventory and purchasing database in the Hospital Information System
• Perform stock transfer, drug ordering and receiving, billing, data entry and/or analysis, and other clerical and administrative duties in supporting daily pharmacy operation
• Shift duty may be required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma in relevant or related discipline from a Hong Kong tertiary institution
• Training in Dispensing Studies / Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent will be an advantage
• Relevant hospital or clinic work experience will be an advantage
• Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese
• Responsible, reliable and a good team player
