These include notable home-grown brands such as Sun & Sand Sports, Dropkick, Supercare Pharmacy, Farm Fresh, Klassic, and international brands like Nike, Columbia, Converse, Timberland, Vans, Mama Sita’s, and McCain.About the Role:The role will be responsible for planning and executing day to day operations of controls & compliance across the group with particular focus on inventory management. Ensuring effective and efficient inventory throughout the lines of business at stores and warehouse. The role holder is also responsible for implementing inventory management measures and controls to facilitate seamless delivery of day to day operations.What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Analyze and improve inventory management processes across the organization.
  • Support business units in optimizing inventory operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data and provide reports to senior management.
  • Oversee stock transactions across warehouses, stores, and processing units.
  • Develop and implement inventory count programs and manage stock count teams.
  • Enhance stock allocation and replenishment processes for smooth supply chain operations.
  • Inspect stock quality and report defects to management.
  • Collaborate with various departments and senior management for effective inventory control.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate with warehouse, retail, and distribution teams.
  • Maintain inventory records and support reporting needs.

What we need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years’ experience in inventory management, internal controls, or process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with senior leadership.
  • Team management experience with the ability to implement SOP compliance and controls.
