April 26, 2026Key Responsibilities– Monitor and control stock inputs and outputs from the warehouse and stores, escalating discrepancies immediately.
– Maintain updated records of incoming and outgoing stock using both manual logs and system entries.
– Conduct weekly investigations into product shortages and perform regular stock accuracy checks.
– Segregate and manage damaged stock, ensuring timely movement and accurate documentation.
– Assist with preparing stores for marketing events and seasonal stock counts.
– Manage missing barcode reporting and work closely with brand teams to rectify unidentifiable stock.

– Process supplier invoices and coordinate with payment teams to ensure timely payment processing.
– Generate and maintain accurate sales and stock reports as required by management.Qualifications & Skills– Diploma or High School education required; supply chain or logistics qualifications are a plus.
– 3-4 years of proven experience in retail stock handling within the UAE market.
– Strong IT skills and familiarity with SAP systems.
– Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
