We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our business and be part of our success.Our OpportunityWe are currently looking for an Inventory Controller to join Auckland Freight Centre team to support the development and implementation of the strategic plan for our hub and spoke network.You will have ownership for monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand, improving DIFOT while minimizing stockouts, write off, and critical stock inventory.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock loses and write offs
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, find root cause and take corrective actions
  • Monthly inventory reporting including commentary on variances, write offs and slow moving SKUs
  • Manage new product set up in SAP-WM and provide technical support to the Warehouse team

About YouTo be successful in this role, we are looking for a someone with experience in Inventory Management, preferable in the FMCG industry with an understanding of Food Quality standards.The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of WMS, RF scanning and SAP
  • Planning and forecasting experience as related to Inventory Management
  • Data analytical skills using Tableau and SAP WMS
  • Reach Truck and Forklift license preferred but not essential
