It has manufacturing and research facilities in India, the USA and UK and a manufacturing facility in Ireland (Pinewood Healthcare).We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Controller to provide an efficient inventory control system for the business. The successful candidate must be a strong team player and have the ability to multi-task within a busy working environment.Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Functions are completed in accordance with established standards, GDP and SOPs
  • Receipt stock onto SAP via MlGO transactions, accuracy is key.
  • Control printing and filing of all goods receipts temperature data.
  • Ensure product serialization requirements are adhered to.
  • Maintain records and develops reports for the reconciliation of supplies inventories
  • Manage the damages and returns process ensuring that paperwork is completed and accurate
  • Maintain regular contact with other employees to correct inventory items
  • Assist in any replenishment requests by management .
  • Undertake regular cycle counts following the procedure in place
  • Report to management about stock receipt damages
  • Ensure the Company’s disciplinary code is adhered to at all times
  • Ensure effective and proper usage of warehouse MHE
  • Assist and support other employees as needed
  • Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required
  • Ensure that work area is clean, secure and well maintained
  • Inventory is sorted, stored and maintained appropriately, ensure a clean and tidy warehouse
  • To maintain continuous focus on Health & Safety, Hygiene and housekeeping, always work in a safe and responsible manner
  • Support the Operational Excellence Programme and continuous improvement culture in the company and lead the improvement activities in the Warehouse
  • Engage in positive relations with relevant departments within the company
  • Ensure the individual achieves optimum productivity
  • Ability to build and develop successful long-term relationships with all key stakeholders including customers, operational management, sales and other teams and departments within the company
  • Demonstrate leadership that promotes and exemplifies the highest standards in teamwork, personal accountability and mutual support
  • Real time management to ensure utmost focus is always maintained
  • Effectively promote the reputation of the company

Key Requirements

  • A self starter with the ability to use own initiative at all times.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Experience working on SAP desirable
  • Be a team player with a can do attitude.
  • Demonstrate leadership that promotes and exemplifies the highest standards in teamwork, personal accountability and mutual support.
  • Excellent communication skills
