Learn more at https://www.jnj.comJob Function: FinanceJob Sub Function: AccountingJob Category: ProfessionalAll Job Posting Locations: Prague, CzechiaJob Description:Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for Inventory & COGS Senior Finance Analyst – Order Management located in Prague, Czechia.Contract: Full time limited 2-years contractResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze Sales orders through financial statuses, which went into error due to various reasons (technical, finance, business)Identify root causes of repeating issues and suggest & coordinate solutionPrepare monthly overview reports for local finance teamsTransit accounts reconciliation – investigation and review of issues and guidance of other team membersCoordinate specific tasks: proforma, cross-company bookings, inventory reconciliation & fixed assetsReview the processes and drive improvements together with standardizationProvide trainings to analysts & new joinersAct as source of knowledge for other team members and departmentsHelp & support other team member with transactional duties (invoices, setups..)Participate on project related activities (global and local)Maintain all related documents for the process and update them accordingly including Compliance part (Roles & Responsibilities, SOP , work instructions etc.)Qualifications/Skills/ExperienceFinancial/accounting backgroundMinimum one year of experience as Analyst in Finance/IT/project teamProficient level of spoken and written EnglishStrong MS Office skills mainly ExcelOrganized – good time management & able to set prioritiesAdvanced analytical skillsAdvantages:Master in Finance / ITExperience working in Shared Service CenterExperience with VBA, Power BI, Alteryx toolsJDE 8.12 and SQL knowledgeExperience with projects and testing
