It is personal to all of us.” – Julie Sweet, Accenture CEOAs a team:You will be part of a specialized team responsible for managing and supporting Client’s internal supply chain platform and Business Operations Systems. Our team serves as the primary point of contact for operational support, ensuring system reliability, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations through effective platform management and user support.The Opportunity:We are seeking experienced supply chain systems specialists who can provide comprehensive platform support, perform detailed root cause analysis, and maintain critical inventory management systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong problem-solving abilities to ensure optimal system performance while meeting service level agreements and business requirements.In this role you will:

  • Provide first-line support for users experiencing issues with Client’s Inventory systems, performing thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve system, operational, or master data issues
  • Manage and execute day-to-day operational tasks from cross-functional teams within established SLAs
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new system functionalities, including test data setup and validation
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and effectively communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including work instructions, process flows, and training materials
  • Utilize Client’s “Task” platform to manage, triage, and resolve action items within agreed timeframes
  • Develop training content including documents and videos to support user adoption of new and existing features

Job Qualifications:We are looking for experience across a selection of the following skills:

  • 2+ years of ERP system experience, preferably in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex system issues
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
  • Experience in managing and meeting service level agreements
  • Strong documentation and technical writing abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in user training and support
  • Background in inventory management systems and processes

  • SQL querying and database management experience
  • Data visualization skills and experience with relevant tools
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and training materials
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations and inventory management best practices
  • Experience in process improvement and optimization
  • Project management experience or relevant certifications
  • Experience in cross-functional team leadership
  • Background in ERP system implementation or enhancement projects
  • Knowledge of supply chain analytics and reporting
