This exciting opportunity will be pivotal in driving forward policies and processes to ensure the business holds the right amount of inventory to support both their customers and manufacturing teams, whilst ensuring the inventory investment is optimised.Key Responsibilities
Who are we looking for?Our ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, demonstrated through a science, engineering or mathematical degree, A-level or apprenticeship, along with strong data analysis and excel skills. You will have an understanding of general supply chain processes such as forecasting, production planning, purchasing, as well as manufacturing operations. Commercially and financially astute with particular emphasis on cash flow, you will have the ability to drive and generate reports and metric dashboards, with a good understanding of ERP systems and how the parameters are used to drive inventory. IFS knowledge would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.What can we offer you?
