Job description: Job Responsibility Manage sales inquiries by analyzing product types, order volumes, and market trends. Collaborate closely with the purchasing team to prepare accurate quotations tailored to customer requirements and expectations. Lead negotiations to finalize sales contract terms and conditions. Oversee the complete Customer Purchase Order (PO) process, including order processing, shipment tracking, and ensuring timely delivery, while keeping customers informed with regular shipment status updates. Manage customer accounts by promptly following up on new orders, introducing new products to drive demand, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Develop new customer relationships through various engagement channels and initiatives. Job Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus (Mandarin is an advantage). Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field. Solid understanding of international trade terms, shipping logistics, and business fundamentals. Self-driven, results-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A strong team player with excellent time management skills, discipline, and punctuality.
