Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you’ll take the lead in managing and expanding international client relationships, representing the brand globally, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll enjoy ownership of your portfolio, a clear runway to succeed, and the chance to grow with a business that values innovation, energy, and results. This is a hands-on, autonomous role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to hit the ground running.What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and grow relationships with international customers across key international markets including Europe, Asia, the US, and beyond
  • Drive business development in key overseas markets (existing leads and networks available)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and negotiations to shipping coordination
  • Represent the company at global trade shows, industry events, and client visits
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on forecasts and targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global suppliers
  • Travel internationally and domestically

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales experience in food export, meat, seafood, agriculture, or international trade
  • Confident managing international accounts and navigating cross-cultural relationships
  • Comfortable working independently, you’re proactive and don’t need handholding
  • High attention to detail, great with systems, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Willing and excited to travel overseas several times per year
