- Build long-term relationships with international partners and clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, propose tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Manage complex business discussions for global insurance programs across diverse industries and geographies.
- Oversee international projects in collaboration with our branches, colleagues, and external partners.
- Represent RENOMIA’s international team internally and externally, and sharing best practices.
- Anticipate client needs, develop tailored proposals, and ensure exceptional service at every stage.
- Stay ahead of industry developments by monitoring global insurance markets and identifying emerging trends.
What We’re Looking For:You don’t need years of experience—what matters is your drive, curiosity, and a client-first mindset.Here’s what we’d love to see:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive “make things happen” approach.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Native in Czech/Slovak, advanced in English, plus one of the languages – German OR French.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools.
- Attention to detail and a diplomatic, client-focused attitude.
